Incoming International Calls Failing

Hello,

We have a problem with incoming international calls.

When the caller calls our number, they...
- Hear fast busy.
- Our phone does not ring.
- No FPL call logs are generated.

Other incoming (and outgoing) calls to the FPL number work.

The failed call attempts were originated from England.
Previously, incoming international calls from the same location (and caller) succeeded.
Calls initiated by the same caller/location to my cell number succeed.

Last call attempt was made on Dec 1 2012 at approx. 2:10pm

Any suggestions ?

If no call logs are generated then it's very likely that the calls aren't even reaching our network and are failing somewhere at the point of origination. Feel free to send me a PM with the caller's number, your number, and the most recent (within 24hrs) call where this happened. I can verify that so we can rule out whether the calls are reaching us or not.
