Fowarding to my fido phone doesnt work!!!

hi there

i recently ported my telus number to fpl.When i call forward to a landline it works ok but when i foward to my cell (fido) sometimes its ok and sometimes not.When i call my fpl number its silence for like 5 seconds and then the call drops.Please help.....
