Strange Problem - Caller ID shown as blocked some Times

Hi,
When I dial any number, my caller ID (not even the telephone number) is visible to the other party. It shows to them as Blocked ID. In the past it was working flawlessly.

I am using the Liksys ATA PAP2T and did the configuration as described. I was previously using the port number 6060 (with forwarding) but suddenly the system stopped working. I called the CSR and they told me to change the port number to either 5050 or 5051. I first tried 5051 but it didnt forwarded the caller ID so I revert to 5050 and things started to work. However, for few days I am experiencing problems and some times that my caller ID is blocked when I dialed. Remember, this happens some times and other time it is okay.

Please let me know what to do?

Is Block CID Serv. set to "No"?

Yes, the block ID serv is "NO". The problem of block ID is not continuous and happens occasionally.
