I tried numerous times to replenish my world calling credit today without success.
The error message I got is: "Error: Maximum attempts reached".
Is there any other way that I can pay for my international calling? How can I contact customer service?

You should be able to buy credits through the mobile app (add-ons), or you may have to wait until things have been moved over and we can log into our account online again.
But to answer your question, no you are not blind
