Hi,
I'm using the android app and it worked great so far.
Currently, I'm trying to call ups (1-800-742-5877) through the android app. The app does make the call and connects.
I can hear their automated menu system, however, the status of my call is "connecting". Because it's "connecting" and not "connected", I cannot use the dialpad. Can you please fix this issue?

It does seem to work OK from my Android tablet although it takes a little while after the offering of English or French for the keypad to appear and work. If you are just looking for shipping info then it is best to use the internet.
