Echo on the other end

Hi,
there is no issue on my end but the other side says theres a mild echo. I called tested myself from my cell phone and it does exist, a mild but annoying echo only on the outbound side....

any ideas ?

This could be caused by a number of factors. Are you using speaker phone when this happens? 9likely the mic is picking up the sounds from the speaker) if the sound on your handset is high, it is also possible the mic is picking up the sound.

not a speaker phone..... again i do not hear the eco, its the other party that hears the echo, (the ppl on the outbound side)

Anyone have any ideas ? They other end keeps telling me they each themselfs talking (echo).

I am not on a speaker phone
