When I first joined FPL, i had to provide my OTHER phone number to validate my new account with FPL. Recently, I have ported my BELL number (the one I gave as OTHER phone number) to FPL, and thus I do not have any other phone number. I had to change my details since I have moved, but I am not able to validate my new details, since I cannot use a FPL number as a OTHER phone number. What to do in this situation ?

Do you have a cell number? We like to keep that secondary number on file in case of any emergencies where you can't be reached at your main number (either by us, or a return call from emergency workers)

OK. I understand that you want to keep a secondary number on file. But if I don't have one, I am not able to update my profile. Which is not normal. I had to introduce 0123456789 to be able to update my profile.
