The Follow_Me option can be set up only after longin to Fongo Website.
We have been notified yesterday that DV customers cannot access their accounts before January 31.
Unfortunately, we did not receive advance notice and can't forward calls offline from the phone attached to ATA by dialing *72. This option is listed in the Grandstream HT286 manual but is not functional with Fongo home phone.
I would be great to add this function.

Re: Offline Call Forwarding - Silent Mode
I tested the *72 call forwarding option last year and it didn't work with Fongo home phone.
I made a new test with an interesting result: *72 DV to FPL or cell or another DID number still will not forward your calls. It will put your phone line ringer in silent mode and inbound calls will go directly to DV voicemail.
This is useful if you want peace of mind for a few hours or do not want to be disturbed overnight.
To reset the ringing, dial *73.
Bell had a similar feature called "Peace of mind" in the 90's but it was discontinued.
This works with phone attached to the Grandstream HT286. Check your ATA user manual for compliance.
