Help! SPA122 Wont register after port

I'm having a strange issue...

I had a cisco spa122 perfectly configured and working with freephoneline.ca using the number they gave me. Yesturday My number got ported over and in the instructions it says to change the logon information to the new phone number thats been ported which i did. For whatever reason it will not register. Like I said before the port it worked... after no go. I've flashed the firmware dont several factory resets. Tripple checked settings and nothing. I have a spare spa3120 so i decided to configure it and it's able to connect with the exact same settings.

Becuase I was at work all day I'm wondering if the SPA122 trying to register all day long with the old logon information caused them to block the MAC address?

Its the only thing I can think of. I know the ata is fine as i tested with a sip line at work and no issues.

The user name you entered, did you include the initial 1?
You didn't mention if your account unregistered when they ported the number, so does it work with your old number?

The only thing else I can suggest is to PM fongo_mike with your account number and a link to this thread and ask him to look at it.

yes username includeded 1. When I got home and logged into the ata it was unregistered from the old number and it does not work with the old number.

OK, then it sounds like you might need someone from Fongo to look at this so PM fongo_mike and point him in this direction. There isn't much forum members can do really in this case.
