International Call Quality

My local call quality is excellent, however my international call quality is poor. I hear the other party fine, but my overseas family (in England and Sweden) have a really hard time hearing me. They tell me I sound very quiet, and they seem to hear other people as if other calls where in the background.

Is there anyway to improve this? Calling overseas was my primary reason for setting up this service.
