new customer and can't make or receive calss

Hi, I am truly a technophobe! When I double click on the icon, nothing happens. When I call the new number, a recording says this person is not available. Any suggestions from anyone would be appreciated.

How are your trying to call? Via a PC, tablet or smart phone? When you call your number it will, of course, be busy as you are calling from the number.

Are you using the Fongo/Freephoneline free application to call or are you using your own ATA device?
