porting number to freephoneline ended up in dell voice
I registered an account using the same email with freephoneline and dell voice and each service has their own phone number. Last month I wanted to port my land line number to freephoneline so I can use it with my sip device. Today I got an email saying the number porting is completed and I can change my sip id to 1 plus the new number. I tried it and it did not work. Then I log in to my freephoneline.ca account, it still shows the same number I had before. However, when I signed in to my dell voice on my cellphone, I noticed my land line number was ported to dell voice. This wasn't what I wanted to do, can anything be done to move the number to my freephoneline account?

there is no way you can login dellvoice right now until January 31st
You can't use the same email with FPL, Dellvoice or Fongo.
PM to Mike-Fongo, he will take a look at your case

Re: porting number to freephoneline ended up in dell voice
well, i just called my land line number now and my dell voice (the mobile app is now called "fongo") rings on my cell phone. So it does work right now. And as I have stated, I did have the same email address with freephoneline.ca and dell voice and they have different phone numbers. I registered dell voice first several months ago and then registered freephoneline.ca last month. When I tried to sign in with my dell voice account on freephoneline.ca, it told me account is not registered, that was why I registered with the same email. Nothing prevented me from doing it. But anyway, I didn't have to prove to you that you can register on both services with same email, I just want to get my landline number on freephoneline.ca so I can use it with my sip device. I will PM Mike-Fong as you suggested.seagame2001 wrote:there is no way you can login dellvoice right now until January 31st
