Problem receiving and sending calls

Post by PriscillaL »

Hello everyone,

I am having trouble receiving and sending calls. I have configured my ATA adapter (Grandstream HT701) according to the pdf file that was posted on this forum. However, on the status section of the grandstream device configuration page, it says that I am "on hook" but "not registered". So, Ichanged one of the settings to "send outgoing calls without registration" and I am now able to call out, but, I am still not able to receive any calls. My router is d-link EA2700.

I would appreciate all your help. Let me know if you need any further information. Thanks in advance!

Try changing the setting of "audio configuration preferred codec" from G729a to G711u.

There appears to be a large scale outage as well.
