Can't dial out ..fast busy

I can't dial out fast busy???? ..I can receive calls
I have port forward my ports that was done before Christmas working well up until today . (2 wire router) .. that's been done!!!! can you help????...
And whats with tech support...the only way now is to e-mail or this way....No call center any more????

same problem today, the service is very unreliable for me. Some days there is no dial tone other days it comes and goes as it pleases today its fast busy when I try to make calls, when I check my voicemail it tells me my account doesnt exist!!

Same problem, i've every way to trouble shoot. but i think its on freephoneline side of the problem. can some one please help

Receive calls but when dial out get fast busy, also when check voice message I get "That account number does not exist".
