No outgoing call

Hi there

I have Linksys WRTP54G 2FXS, I can not make outgoing calls since this morning and when someone tries to call me it is more than 30 seconds delay (by that time person just hangs up thinking phone is not working) and on my hand I see someone is calling but soon as I try to pick up the phone gets disconnected.

What is this issue? Since last 1 month there are many issues with freephoneline and I am feeling like changing my landline to regular traditional with Rogers or Bell since there is no guarantee plus there is no real support. Just tell us what exactly do you want? Do you want to charge us fee moving forward? Let everyone know so that no one wonder around and look forum like idiots.

I also have the same problem today. Other issue also exist last one month (need frequent replug power to reset the phone). Hello Fongo please fix it ASAP and let us know.
