MAPLE, VAUGHAN DOESNT WORK
receive a call is fine, but can't call out at all. Please help

I am having the same problem in Toronto.
Incoming call from cell phone to my VoIP at 17:00 worked ok.
Incoming call from the same number at 22:00 DID NOT work.
Confused, if it's something on my end, or Fongo servers?????
I rebooted router, ATA, and I am checking the settings of my hardware... but maybe it's not me.
