No Incoming Calls

Post by blair.sutherland »

Well, after not being able to make calls for the last few days, now it's the other way around. Wanted to distinguish this form the "Freephoneline Down" thread http://forum.fongo.com/viewtopic.php?f= ... 6&start=75, as it may be a separate issue and localized differently.

My Area: 226-706-xxxx (Guelph)

Calls are going to VM.

I appreciate that engineers are probably working on this

Not a complaint - just sharing.

Thanks, Funkytown. Forgot to mention I did that as well. I got the confirmation that the support request was received.

__UPDATE__

Great news! It's back up. Incoming and outgoing calls work no problem. Thanks, Fongo! Not sure if it was specific to me or if my ticket has even been looked at yet. Wish there was a way to log into their ticket system and close it so nobody needs to bother with it. Guess they're working on that.

Cheers,

Blair
