Hi, I have been using 3cx with the freephoneline.ca for 3 months now and everything was working fine until 2 days ago. I can receive calls but cannot make any.
I haven't changed any config or router settings, now I get this msg:
(Call or Registration to XXXXXXXXX@{LN. 10000@freephoneline provider - ) has failed. [V4 208.65.240.170:5060 UDP target domain=unspecified mFlowKey=832 ] replied: 502 DNS data incorrect; from IP:208.65.240.170:5060
Now like I said was working fine without any problem at 2pm and at 5pm wasn't working for outgoing calls.

Re: 3CX Problem
This should really go in the customer support section, but I expect a mod will move it.
The IP address, did you manually add that in or did you use voip.freephoneline.ca or voip.fongo.com ?
If you manually added it (as in entering 208.65.240.170) try changing it to voip.freephoneline.ca as the IP doesn't seem to be right. I get 208.65.240.165 here - although it does seem as though they are doing some load balancing as it redirects to fplproxy.fongo.com
They might have taken the .170 server down or it might not be fully working right now.

Re: 3CX Problem
thankx a lot, this did help however I did have it set to voip.freephoneline.ca yesterday when it stopped and I checked where it pings and it pinged to 208.65.240.170 so I assumed that was the ip but now everything is back to working.
one more thing if their IP changed or whatever why can I still get incoming calls?

Re: 3CX Problem
Moving this out of the configuration sharing section as it's not a completed, functional configuration guide.
