Line not accepting calls from other FPL lines

My phone is making calls but when called from other FPL lines it goes straight to voice mail. Occasionally I am successful in making it ring from my cell. I have tried all the normal things power cycle and checking settings.

Any suggestions? anyone else getting this issue?
