Help!!!Other End Keeps hearing Break Ups

I am having trouble with my phone line for the past 2-3weeks I can hear the other person clear but them cant hear me propperly they hear drop outs/or line breaking sounds. I was using a Grandstream HT286 now I replaced it to a Linksys SPA2102-NA and still having the problem I have QoS set to this too. I am receiving 48.02Mbps download and 0.91Mbps Upload.
