FPL to FPL

My sister tried to call me on 3 occasions from Barry (I am in Ottawa). On all three occasions my phone did not ring. Is there any known issue relating to a problem with FPL calls going directly to voicemail when the caller is also using FPL.

What codec are you using? Also is your sister using the software phone, and you the ATA?

This sounds like the problem I was having with my brother in law. His ATA was set up to only use g729 where my end was using ulaw. We changed his end to use other codecs (ie use preferred codec = no) and the calls have been fine since.

She is using the softphone.. I have an ATA (P2P2T). My ATA is set up based on the info posted on this site.

Could you please switch "Use preferred codec only:" to No, and test it out again?
