FollowMe to 877# (Toll Free) not working

I've been trying to get the FollowMe feature to forward to my 1-877# I have, but it seems to skip ti and go straight to voicemail.

FollowMe says the number is OK, but it doesn't work.

I found this in a post on here (F.A.Q. section):

Can I forward to a US or 1-800 number?
At this time our service does not support forwarding to US. However 1-800 numbers do work.

Is this accurate?

Looks like that is incorrect - the FAQ on our main site (which I wrote) is indeed accurate in saying that US and 1-800 numbers do not work. This prevents abuse from out-of-country users (as we are a Canadian only service)
