What's happening at Fongo!?
Well.....how else can you explain the lack of voice from Fongo reps? Really now, it's the only logical explanation. The tech support, customer support and R&D teams were doing such a horrible job, the Big Boss (TM) walked in and kicked all their arses out the door.

You folks are funny.
No massive layoffs at Fongo. We *are* moving our customer support back to Canada and building a new team in this area in order to serve our customers even better.
I've renamed the title of this post to avoid confusion.
