Problem making phone calls
In the last 5 days I was only able to receive calls. There is no dial tone so I cannot make calls. Any idea how this issue can be fixed? Thanks.

Re: Problem making phone calls
What have you done so far to troubleshoot? i.e. have you tried anything like resetting your ATA to default values and then re-entering in the SIP info? Power-cycled your router, etc?

Re: Problem making phone calls
Hey Maxwell,
There is a little sticker at the back of the ATA, covering the reset button saying "Do not reset". So what I've done so far is restarting, several times during those 6 days, the modem (cable Rogers - Ottawa), router and ATA. Nothing helps. First 2 days I wasn't able to make or receive calls then I just noticed that I can receive calls (without doing anything at my end).
I don't have the SIP info (ATA came fully configured) so reseting ATA to default values is still not going to help me.
Any idea?
Thanks,
CD13
