I am with FPL. It started last Friday. Caller can't leave message, after 4 rings, it's dead silence. *98 doesn't work, dead silence as well. All other aspects seem working fine - I can make calls, take calls and caller ID works most of the time. Could FPL help and fix this problem? Thanks in advance.
***update, Tue Jan 29 10:00pm - now incoming call wouldn't ring and call log shows: Destination out of order
caller can't leave voicemail & *98 doesn't work
