Voicemail sent to email

Is there a bug with the voicemail sent to email as an audio file function?


I have it set to "copy" to correspondence email in my "change details" page on my account page, but no audio files get sent to my correspondence email??? I get no email at all to my correspondence email when I get a voicemail.

No bugs that have been brought to our attention, seems to be working for all of us here! My accounts included.

Have you tried a different email provider, if you have multiple accounts? Also check spam filters, AV software, etc. Some don't play nice with attachments.

If you've tried all of the above to no avail, then PM me your number and the exact time and number you called from when a test voicemail was left. I'll get the programmers to check the logs.
