Caller ID with call forwarding issue

Hi, All

For the last couple of days, I found that when FPL forwarding calls to my fongo phone, it displays my FPL phone# on the phone, not the original caller phone#, It used to be working fine that displaying/forwarding the original caller phone#. Whats happening?

Same here. After I disabled call forwarding, incoming then direct go to VM

I am observing this issue again, I have setup simultaneous ring and the name is displaying correctly, just the number displayed is my own number.

I don't have Call Forwarding enabled, but CallerID often shows my own number too. What could be the problem?
