Ok. I have spent multiple hours looking for a solution or a hint of a solution on this forum and other with no much luck and I am now reaching out to this forum community with a request for help.
I have installed Fongo app on my Ipod Touch 5 gen about two weeks ago after registering on Fongo site, getting user ID, password, etc. However, all I see on the Ipod when I open the app is "Fongo connection failed - click to try again" banner on the top of the screen. It looks like I am logged in but this is as far as this app takes me now.
After reading a lot about similar problems, I suspect that it is my modem/router that is preventing this app from working properly but I do not know what to do about it.
I would really appreciate your help, as I see that many people are successfully using this app on their mobile devices.
