Incoming calls ring, but can't hear anyone

This has only been happening today, reset my ATA and is still happening.

the phone will ring but can't hear anyone and they can't hear me, tested with my own cell phone. please advise.

Have you forwarded all the ports?

You will have to forward 5060 - 6061 and 13000 - 13001, all UDP.

Pointing them to the IP of your ATA (or PC if it's a software phone)

Also try changing your codec to G729a and Preferred Codec: No.

I am using a $50 config file and an SPA 2102 ATA. The ports are correctly forwarded to a static IP and I am always using the preferred codec (or I don.t get incoming calls at all for some reason.)
