Hi,

I have been having this problem with the Android Fongo app for a while now and hope someone can resolve this issue:

I can make outgoing calls no problem, but any incoming calls goes directly to voicemail (no ringtone from the intended recipient). On the Fongo app, it then shows a missed call notification.

Can anyone clarify whether or not this is a technical issue of if I have to add credits in order to get incoming. All calls were made locally. I also made another account just to see if the problem was tied to that specific account but still had the same problem.

Ok seriously, 18 views and no fongo rep replied?
I bought a fpl ata from fongo and this is how they treat me?? I havent even mentioned my fpl issue yet and the tech support is non existant! Had to switch to voip.ms because they ignored all my tech requests and now this?

I emailed the tech support 15 days ago about my fongo problem..... no reply. Now this post..... no reply.

Go ahead, ban me from this forum after what I am about to say: Fongo is the biggest joke! You get what you pay for!

Have you forwarded some ports to the android phone from your router? My tablet has a fixed IP (I only use it at home) and some ports are forwarded to it and is working OK. Most of the problems I see here are with the user side of the configuration and not Fongo (although Fongo has had problems recently).

I am experiencing this problem too, but I'm only using the fongo app for android.

I am focussing on fongo for android. That app wont allow any incoming calls whatsoever. Do I add money to get incoming? Does the fongo support team not monitor this forum?

I have been having a similar problem with FPL. Sometimes my phone will ring, then hang up, ring again, then send to FPL voicemail. There are times I don't get a ring at all as well. I guess the issue is spreading across the other services as well :(
