All Incoming calls are giving Busy tone

Anyone who calls my number now gets a busy tone (doesnt get to v-mail). Outgoing calls still work.
i have changed nothing on my ATA, i have rebooted, etc... to see if it would help.
my number was ported over a few months ago and it has worked (with sporadic outages) since then.

something up with the service?

factory reset and re-enter sip info back again

thx for post... is this something i will have to do from time to time? seems odd i have to factory reset for something like this.
are the only settings on the ATA that get reset the SIP info or will i need to go through the other settings as well?

at 9:13pm outside callers are now going straight to voice mail (instead of Busy)... this seems like something is up with FPL and not with my ATA...

A work around is to login to your fpl acct and set up a follow me number that you set to ring simultaneously. I have setup my cell so it rings at the same time as my fpl number. I can see who called me and I call them right back. This also shows you when the fpl number is not ringing through.
