Please help - my incoming number doesn't work anymore

When I make a test call to my fpl number from a separate phone it just goes to fast busy signal. Outgoing calls are fine though.

What to do?

I am having the same issue here. Does it stay silent for about 10 seconds before it goes to the fast busy signal? As well, does the call register as successful in you online call logs?
