Invalid Address Information

Hi Freephoneline support,

I am trying to port a number to FPL, when I chose online store,and pay the $25 one time fee, I can't submit at the payment page. Always get a "Invalid Address Information" error.
I tried different credit card, and am sure my address is correct.
Please let me know what the secret is.
