quesiton of config file

I've been with vbuzzer for several years. They changed their price in Dec and now they had to change back...but anyway it's a waste of money even pay $56USD for 1 year, compared with freephoneline's life-free service (I doubt if it's real, only if freephoneline is still alive??).

I have already registered a freephoneline's number (647547xxxx). But I prefer to use my old vbuzzer's (416273xxxx) for a ATA config file. My vbuzzer plan will expire on Jul 1st.

I wonder if I buy the file from you right now and use with 647547xxxx, can I use it for 416273xxxx after I pay $30 in June and port my number in?
