Hi Support team,
On Feb 5th, 2013 the process of porting my home phone number completed but no incoming/inbound calls. I have tried the following:
- Reset the ATA device to the factory default settings
- Configured the ATA as per the instruction posted on your website http://forum.fongo.com/download/file.php?id=67
- I can make outgoing/outbound calls
- I can’t receive phone calls – no voice mail, no busy signal, nothing if I called from Rogers/Fido
- I have replaced the ATA device with another working which exactly the same model and firmware version working fine with another number associated with it but I got the same results
- I have configured my router as per http://forum.fongo.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=7926
- I have connected the ATA directly to the internet with NO firewall/router in between and the same results
- When I place a call from my Fongo account the phone rings
- When I place a call from Rogers or Fido just a short beep and phone hung up
- When I place a call from Bell or Solo I got the following message “The number you have reached is not in service please check the number and try your call again”
It might something went wrong or missing during the porting process. Would you please check the configurations in the backend and let me know what’s the next step.
The number you have reached is not in service please check t
