i GOT A MESSAGE SAYS "THIS PASSWARD IS INVALID"

I managed to config my ATA grandstream and I got a tone .. BUT when i make phone calls i got a message that says " this passward is invalid".. can you help, i'm not sure what i'm doing worng, please help

It sounds like you have not put the details in right.

Things to check are that you have added the initial 1 for the username (so all 11 digits of the phone number)
The password in some fonts can look very similar, especially the letter l and 1 and I; as can 0,o, and O.

Either copy and paste what is in your settings page, or paste it into notepad which may make the letters look differently.

The other obvious question should be - you have bought the unlock key, right?
