I've been trying to access the online store through freephoneline.ca for a couple of days now so I can initiate a phone number port, but it won't log me in.
I login to my account, and can view address, SIP settings, etc. I go to Online Store, and even though it has my email address in the top right corner saying I'm logged in, it still wants me to login. So I re-enter my email and password and click Login again, but the page just refreshes and never goes anywhere. Very frustrated by this.
Anyone else having this problem? Tried multiple computers, browsers, etc. I recall when I purchased my SIP settings there was a phone number I could call, but seems its disappeared now thinking the online store was actually functional. This glitch is making me have second thoughts moving over to FPL.

I should mention, that when I try and login when FPL was doing scheduled maintenance last night, the page did load to another page saying it was down for maintenance. After maintenance, went back to just refreshing without actual login.

Ive just looked now and can access the online store from my account. I can see an option to port my number and buy credits.
I would normally suggest you try another browser, but if you have tried a different computer that should eliminate any problems there.
The only thing I can suggest is to try and clear your cache on your browser and try again. If that doesn't work there could be an account level problem so you will either need to email them, or PM Fongo Support.

I think I will need to contact support. I'm on the third or fourth PC (now at work) with same result.
