Follow ME Settings cannot be Enabled

Post by mct »

Hi there,

The Follow ME settings cannot be enabled, I tried to enable it several times, and even if I got msg as "FollowMe Settings updated successfully", it's still disabled.

Is this a temporary issue caused by the system maintenance? I need to change my FollowMe urgently. Thx.

Sorry, I hate people who say this line - "Why fix if is not broken???"

The simple answer is "To go forward". If you don't change things, you may as well call Bell and sign up for their services on a wire... why change? It's not broken, and it's a proven technology!

Don't be afraid of change - embrace it. The world is forever changing, and if you stand still, you become old very quickly.

They didn't fix a problem that wasn't broken, they upgraded something else that caused an adverse affect that they didn't foresee during their testing. It happens. Don't begrudge them for improving their services. Embrace it and let them know, with as much detail as possible so that they can investigate it and eventually fix it.
