Can't add Follow Me number on Freephoneline!

Hi all,

I have an account with FreePhoneLine which I've had for a few years now. This morning when I went into my account on the web and went under Follow Me Settings, it would not let me enable my Follow Me mode. Now I am able to enable it and change the ring mode etc. but now a new problem has come up: I clicked onFollow Me Numbers and deleted an old one I had (which was my only Follow Me number). Now, when I try to add a new number, it says: "You can not add any more follow me numbers!". And yet, I used to be able to change them and add new ones no problem! Any reason as to why this is happening please?
