Outgoing Calls, Ringer and CallerID Issues

Router: DIR 655

Outgoing Calls, Ringer and CallerID Issues

I have had fongo for around 2 months now and recently

#1 During an outgoing call we can't hear a thing, microphone works fine, the receiver can hear us loud and clear
#2 there is no outgoing ringer whatsoever. I dial the number and just silence while i wait for receiving party to pick up
#3 No caller ID of any sort, just says INCOMING CALL

Setup
Fongobox is connected to my DIR 655
DIR 655 is connected to my modem (DCM476)

I have tried:
Reseting my Modem/Router/ATA
Port Forwarding (5060-5061 & 10000-20000)
I checked under the FSX Port tab and my SIP UserID is my Fongo phone number (1+#)
Changed NAT Traversal (STUN) from "No" to "No, but send keep-alive"


Still no change

Any help is appreciated!
