Need help with ATA device configuration

I have nettalk DUO Wifi ATA Adapter and purchased recently the VOIP Unlock key from freephoneline.ca. Now I cannot find the link for activating it and don't really know how to configure NOT nettalk unlock key on this device. PLEASE HELP.

I have not heard of amyone using a nettalk duo adapter on FPL, so I an expecting you can only use it for their service - like with MagicJack.
