Vertical Service Activation Codes - Not working for me

I have a SPA3102 and I can't get the Vertical Service Activation Codes to work.

Is there something wrong with my dial plan below?

Have you tried the standard dial plan (just for testing)? I have a friend that uses the default dial plan on their PAP2T and the * codes work OK for them.

Could you explain what you are getting, if anything, and what it is you are trying to do.

When you say you don't get anything, do you mean no sounds? If so that could be your phone, but then if you didn't hear any sounds, then you wouldn't be able to make calls.

Anyway, this is the default dial plan that FPL suggests. It definitely allows you to dial star codes into a PAP2T, so it should work for your ATA also.

If changing that doesn't work, I can only guess that either your phone is not working right (try another one) or the services you are trying to use are either not available, or switched off in the ATA. (look on your Line 1 or Line 2 tab)

Tried with the default plan and same issue. I just get beeps if I try any star codes.

The regional tab on the AT has all the codes listed and none works :(
