FPL Won't Accept Incoming Calls

Hi,

Everything has been working for a month or so. As of yesterday I can see incoming calls..I click accept...dead air...the person on the other end hears ringing until voice mail kicks in. Can you tell me how to resolve this issue?

Seems to be newer version of Java causing problem.
