Purchasing Unlimited Texting other than through Google Play?

I've been frustrated to no end with Google Play. It will not accept any single of my credit cards (constantly tells there was a problem authorizing), or my Visa Debit which work fine on Paypal and what not. I even bought a Play Store card in the US, got back here and had to jump through hoops to use it but can't access that account when trying to purchase Fongo stuff because of the difference between the US and Canadian playstores. I'm at a complete loss for what to do. I can't see to find any solution to adding my credit cards, can't use my store credit.

Is there any other way to get Unlimited Texting? I see there are the world credits available on the website but couldn't find anything about adding other features. Thanks.
