Can Call Others, But No Calls are Coming In

This problem has persisted for 1 week where others cannot call our home phone but we are able to call them. We tried using call forwarding but unfortunately it is not working either. We would be glad if someone could help us with our problem. Thank you

Have had the same problem for days. Can call others, but no calls are coming in. People tryingto call are getting a busy signal after 2 rings. All the incoming calls are logged as successful, but that isn't the case. I am using a Linksys PAP2T, purchased from freephoneline. Emailed tech support 5 days ago but still no reply. Michael

Hello Michael,

If you have a Thompson modem- you will have to unbind sip from that modem.

I have the same problem though slighly different, like yours outgoing calls are no problem, however I can receive some incoming calls, the other party hars the busy signal,but for some numbers I can receive calls.

I have a Thomson modem, and already sent a request to unbind my modem.
I will let you know whether it will solve my problem or not.

I have two FPL numbers. One of them is having exact same issue here.
It can only call out, but can not receive / get any phone calls.

Also I have noticed, FPL numbers can not call phone card company numbers any more....
for example, "Calling card" (519) 804-9500

Please look into this asap.
