pls answer. fpl software cannot call! no sound at all!

i just hear myself. this is regarding software (from your site, download, settings) downloaded & installed in computer.

for on android phone, i can only install fongo, no freephoneline software available, but I cannot login fongo with freephoneline logins!!!!
