I've been a user for maybe 5 years or more. Great service, thank you!
However, in the last 1-2 months, the service seems to have gone haywire. There have been numerous times when the lights on my ATA device would go down from 4 to 2 and my phone would stop working. I would have to unplug and plug my ATA device several times. At the moment, all my incoming calls go directly to voicemail, yet all the lights are on.
Any idea if i should be checking anything in my settings? Or is it just a service issue?
I'm using a Linksys PAP2T ATA device with a Rogers CISCO DPC-3825 modem/router.
