I can not access voice mail via my PAP2

I am seasoned SIP user...have followed the PAP2 setup and port forwarded my roter.
I can access my voice mail via softphone, but I can not access it via my PAP2.
1) try *98 ---- busy sound
2) try call the tel.# of mine via pap2 with same # ---- hear the voice mail instuction, but when I select 1 or 3, it doen't responed.
Anyone can give me a hand? Thanks inadvance.

To be honest it sounds like the dial plan, could you copy yours in there?

Common mistakes are a } instead of a ) terminating the rule.

(911|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|011xxxxxxxxxxxx.|*98|[6-7]x*xxxxxxxxxxx.) is what it should be - I'll copy my exact dial plan I'm using at work tomorrow as well as change it on everyones config files, but for now try this one.

I can dail *98 after I changed the dial plan as you suggested, but I still can not select any options via number pad...I have tried to call one tele bank, same issue.
tried defferent phones, same issue.

I found where the issue came from: the codec
If I change it to G711u, I can use number pad to select any options....G729a doesn't work.
