I just purchased the config file and the told me it could take up to 14 days. Is there any way to speed this up. I would like to get rid of Primus as soon as possible (I think some of you know why!!!).
Also do receiving a fax work with only soft phone? As i have just purchased my config file don't have ata working yet. I tried sending a fax to softphone number but will not receive the fax.

Well you can't receive faxes ON the softphone directly, but if you FORWARD all voicemails to email under your account management page, they will be forwarded to your email with a PDF attached.

Sending is not a support function, although it does seem to work.
