Re: Bad Update
Just make sure that the program is allowed in your firewall. I'm not sure if it is considered a new program (by the firewall) because it is so different. I'm thinking that the old program may have to be removed from the firewall, I would then uninstall the desktop app, then install it again. If it doesn't ask you to add an exception to the firewall you might have to add it manually.
Do you have another ocmputer that you can try it from? That would test to see if the problem lies with the computer or not.

Re: Bad Update
yea i did all that , i am having virus problems (2000+ spyware&malaware found) and 200+trojan's
worst virus i got infected all the systems .exe's so maybe that was the cause.
atm; i've managed to to save all my data and clean up the pc
but theres some system.exe's i cant fix , only formating will fix it and i cant do that till next week,
i'll try to install FPL again right now just to check if it works if not it's probably the viruses fault.

Re: Bad Update
I have same problem.
Forget the exact days but I believe it was beginning end of February / beginning of March 2013.
I noticed the following:
- Using Freephoneline applications or MicroSIP on Windows XP sp3: I can ring some number, although sometimes it's a bit long to ring.
- If Freephone line application calling Freephoneline line application : both sides hear nothing.
- If Freephone line application calling other provider number (mine is WindMobile), freephone line hear nothing, WindMobile side can hear the other side.
- Running test from FreephoneLine MS Windows XP application : it complains about port 13000, saying it is not opened. Actually it is already opened in the firewall (13000/13001, 5060/5061, 6060/6061, udp/tcp, and also the application). And previously it was working. I tried other ISP, same result.
- This is the response when running test:
--------------------------------------------
Status:Done
Results: Server temporary unavailable.
Data transfer: Unable to send/receive sound data! Port 13000 should be available.
Possible reasons:
1. Call Service temporary unavailable.
Please excuse us for your inconvenience. The service will be available soon. Possible uprade to the VOIP server is being applied at this moment.
--------------------------------------------
BTW, I have also the SIP file, and it has the same issue.
I tried with other network and computer, same result.
I also tried uninstall/reinstall the FreephoneLine program, same result
It seems there is something wrong with the freephoneline connection .
It has been more than a week.
cheers,
-sl

Re: Bad Update
It might also the problem with freephoneline server/connection side.
When I use the SIP connection (both in my cell phone or in my desktop), both have problem.
When I use the freephoneline desktop to connect with other freephoneline line on desktop, both hear nothing.
When I use the freephoneline desktop to call a fongo line (on android), it works.
Is it possible that they change some setting in their end?
I didn't happend before version 3.2.6 out. And, after it is out, the previous application cannot login anymore.
